# Tripsy vs TickKet

The clearest difference is monetization model: Tripsy at free with in-app purchases against TickKet's subscription. Tripsy also leads on ratings volume (5.7K vs 1) and chart position (#23 vs unranked). TickKet's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tripsy sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and TickKet sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TickKet holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tripsy has 5.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Tripsy ships an update every 4 days, TickKet every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
