# Restaurant Roulette!! vs Dining Decider

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Dining Decider at 73% against Restaurant Roulette!!'s 37%. Dining Decider also leads on ads (none vs shown). Restaurant Roulette!!'s advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 70). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Restaurant Roulette!! sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Dining Decider sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Restaurant Roulette!! holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Restaurant Roulette!! has 1.7K ratings behind it against 70, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of Restaurant Roulette!!'s written reviews are positive against 73% of Dining Decider's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Restaurant Roulette!! ships an update every 2 weeks, Dining Decider every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
