# CrossChex Mobile vs NGTeco Time

The clearest difference is rating: CrossChex Mobile at 4.5 against NGTeco Time's 2.4. CrossChex Mobile also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). NGTeco Time's advantage is ratings volume (137 vs 2) and review sentiment (34% vs 20%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CrossChex Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NGTeco Time has 137 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of CrossChex Mobile's written reviews are positive against 34% of NGTeco Time's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
