# BattlBox vs Viper Tec Knives

The clearest difference is ads: BattlBox at none against Viper Tec Knives's shown. BattlBox also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Viper Tec Knives's advantage is rating (3.4 vs 3.0) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Viper Tec Knives holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 36 and 127 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of BattlBox's written reviews are positive against 23% of Viper Tec Knives's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BattlBox ships an update every 2 months, Viper Tec Knives every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
