# HappyPupper Dog Walker Tracker vs Spuren

The clearest difference is monetization model: Spuren at freemium against HappyPupper Dog Walker Tracker's subscription. Spuren also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 4 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). HappyPupper Dog Walker Tracker's advantage is ratings volume (853 vs 1) and iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HappyPupper Dog Walker Tracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Spuren sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Spuren holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HappyPupper Dog Walker Tracker has 853 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HappyPupper Dog Walker Tracker ships an update every 4 weeks, Spuren every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
