# Pic vs MySafeFrame

The clearest difference is rating: Pic at 4.7 against MySafeFrame's 3.0. Pic also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pic holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pic has 1.7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of Pic's written reviews are positive against 33% of MySafeFrame's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pic ships an update every 2 weeks, MySafeFrame every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
