# FertilityNow vs EggWise

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: FertilityNow at none against EggWise's 5. FertilityNow also leads on ratings volume (10 vs 1). EggWise's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EggWise sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month. FertilityNow asks for nothing beyond the download.

EggWise holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FertilityNow has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

FertilityNow ships an update every 2 months, EggWise every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
