# Cloudstaff Tap vs NoteCalc

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Cloudstaff Tap at none against NoteCalc's 7. NoteCalc's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NoteCalc sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Cloudstaff Tap asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Cloudstaff Tap against 5.0 for NoteCalc. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NoteCalc has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
