# TAROM vs FLYONE

The clearest difference is rating: FLYONE at 4.6 against TAROM's 2.4. FLYONE also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (624 vs 18). TAROM's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FLYONE holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FLYONE has 624 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of TAROM's written reviews are positive against 14% of FLYONE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TAROM ships an update every 3 months, FLYONE fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
