# Fitdays vs AirScale

The clearest difference is rating: AirScale at 5.0 against Fitdays's 3.7. AirScale also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Fitdays's advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AirScale holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fitdays has 1.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Fitdays ships an update every 3 weeks, AirScale every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
