# & Beyond vs REDWEST Fest

& Beyond and REDWEST Fest both sit at 3.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 67% of REDWEST Fest's written reviews are positive against 14% of & Beyond's. & Beyond's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

& Beyond holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 92 and 112 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of & Beyond's written reviews are positive against 67% of REDWEST Fest's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

& Beyond ships an update every 3 months, REDWEST Fest every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
