# LionVPN vs VPN Fast

The clearest difference is review sentiment: LionVPN at 92% against VPN Fast's 32%. VPN Fast's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 3.6) and ratings volume (150 vs 45). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LionVPN sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $10.99 per month and VPN Fast sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VPN Fast holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 45 and 150 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 92% of LionVPN's written reviews are positive against 32% of VPN Fast's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
