# 군돌이 vs KoreanSSam

The clearest difference is rating: 군돌이 at 4.8 against KoreanSSam's 2.3. 군돌이 also leads on ratings volume (509 vs 3). KoreanSSam's advantage is review sentiment (93% vs 84%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 군돌이 sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and KoreanSSam sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

군돌이 holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 군돌이 has 509 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of 군돌이's written reviews are positive against 93% of KoreanSSam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

군돌이 ships an update fortnightly, KoreanSSam every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
