# ULLU vs KaroStream

The clearest difference is review sentiment: KaroStream at 49% against ULLU's 13%. KaroStream also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 17) and ads (none vs shown). ULLU's advantage is rating (3.0 vs 2.6) and ratings volume (221 vs 16). On price, monetization model, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ULLU sells 16 one-off in-app purchases. KaroStream asks for nothing beyond the download.

ULLU holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ULLU has 221 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of ULLU's written reviews are positive against 49% of KaroStream's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ULLU ships an update every 6 weeks, KaroStream every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
