# Barometer vs Barometer..

The clearest difference is rating: Barometer.. at 5.0 against Barometer's 3.7. Barometer.. also leads on iOS requirement (12.4 vs 17.0). Barometer's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (11 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Barometer sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Barometer.. sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Barometer.. holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Barometer has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
