# Akaso Smart vs Drone Go2

The clearest difference is rating: Akaso Smart at 4.7 against Drone Go2's 2.4. Akaso Smart also leads on ratings volume (1.8K vs 28) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 11.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Akaso Smart holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Akaso Smart has 1.8K ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Akaso Smart's written reviews are positive against 40% of Drone Go2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Akaso Smart ships an update every 2 months, Drone Go2 every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
