# Placard vs Xiaomi Interconnectivity

The clearest difference is rating: Xiaomi Interconnectivity at 4.6 against Placard's 1.0. Xiaomi Interconnectivity also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (609 vs 1). Placard's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 42%) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 14.0). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Placard sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Xiaomi Interconnectivity asks for nothing beyond the download.

Xiaomi Interconnectivity holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Xiaomi Interconnectivity has 609 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Placard's written reviews are positive against 42% of Xiaomi Interconnectivity's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Placard ships an update every 3 weeks, Xiaomi Interconnectivity fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
