# Aqua Cool vs BMMI Shops

The clearest difference is rating: BMMI Shops at 4.2 against Aqua Cool's 2.3. BMMI Shops also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (15 vs 3). Aqua Cool's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BMMI Shops holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BMMI Shops has 15 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Aqua Cool's written reviews are positive against 18% of BMMI Shops's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Aqua Cool ships an update every 2 months, BMMI Shops every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
