# Enduring Word Commentary vs Glorify

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Enduring Word Commentary at none against Glorify's 18. Enduring Word Commentary also leads on ads (none vs shown) and device support (3 vs 1). Glorify's advantage is ratings volume (101K vs 703) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and chart position there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Glorify sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Enduring Word Commentary asks for nothing beyond the download.

Glorify holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Glorify has 101K ratings behind it against 703, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of Enduring Word Commentary's written reviews are positive against 80% of Glorify's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Enduring Word Commentary ships an update every 3 weeks, Glorify every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
