# Tagaste APP vs Iconic Pass

The clearest difference is update cadence: Iconic Pass at every 5 days against Tagaste APP's every 9 months. Tagaste APP's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tagaste APP ships an update every 9 months, Iconic Pass every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
