DailyGPX vs GPX viewer

DailyGPX automatically records where you go every day and saves it as a GPX file: your own private location history. No account, no ads and no DailyGPX servers. Your location stays on your iPhone, and in your own iCloud Drive if you turn on automatic export. Every day gets its own track, running from midnight to midnight, ready for geotagging photos, logging adventures, or simply remembering where you've been. RECORD • Runs in the background with minimal battery use • Standard mode records low-power background points, with a precise GPS fix each time you move a significant distance • High detail mode records continuous GPS, even in the background, when you need the most accurate track • Records when you arrive at and leave places you visit • Notes whether you were walking, running, cycling or driving while the app is open or in High detail mode REVIEW • See each day's route, distance, moving time and stops • Tap any point for its time, accuracy, altitude and speed • Exclude or delete inaccurate points, with undo if you change your mind • Jump to any day from a calendar that marks days with data EXPORT AND IMPORT • GPX, GeoJSON and KML • One day or a whole date range as a single continuous track • Automatic daily GPX files in iCloud Drive or the Files app • Import GPX files from other apps; the imported track is used for the time it covers PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no ads and no data collected by the developer • Privacy zones hide places like home in exported files • Deleted days are kept for 30 days in case you change your mind • Back up and restore all your data whenever you like FREE AND PRO DailyGPX is free to download and records every day. The free version shows and exports the last 3 days; older days are kept safely and unlock as soon as you upgrade. • Try DailyGPX Pro free for 7 days • DailyGPX Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks your full history. No subscription. • Bought DailyGPX before version 2.1? You get Pro automatically. DailyGPX needs location access set to "Always" to record in the background. High detail mode uses more battery; Standard mode keeps battery use to a minimum.
