# Tyket vs P2PTIX

The clearest difference is rating: Tyket at 4.5 against P2PTIX's 4.0. Tyket also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (23 vs 3). P2PTIX's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tyket holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tyket has 23 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Tyket ships an update every 5 days, P2PTIX every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
