# Sigur Access vs eResidency

The clearest difference is update cadence: eResidency at every 3 weeks against Sigur Access's every 4 months. eResidency also leads on rating (2.2 vs 2.0) and ratings volume (18 vs 4). Sigur Access's advantage is review sentiment (47% vs 27%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

eResidency holds the better App Store score, 2.2 against 2.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 18 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Sigur Access's written reviews are positive against 27% of eResidency's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sigur Access ships an update every 4 months, eResidency every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
