# Amplenote vs Reflect Notes

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Reflect Notes at none against Amplenote's 11. Amplenote's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, rating, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Amplenote sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Reflect Notes asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Amplenote against 4.7 for Reflect Notes.
