# Golf GPS DGolf vs Roundabout

Golf GPS DGolf and Roundabout both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 90% of Golf GPS DGolf's written reviews are positive against 57% of Roundabout's. Roundabout's advantage is ratings volume (5.1K vs 28) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Golf GPS DGolf sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Roundabout sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Golf GPS DGolf against 4.6 for Roundabout. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Roundabout has 5.1K ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 90% of Golf GPS DGolf's written reviews are positive against 57% of Roundabout's.

Golf GPS DGolf ships an update every 2 months, Roundabout every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
