SmarTraining是一個建築業界的平台式培訓系統，對象牽涉3種角色，主辦單位、分判商、工人，系統中分工明確，流程中第一步為登記工人，以主辦單位或分判商以OCR技術掃瞄工人的證件讓系統取出文件中的文字資料並儲存到系統中，以OCR技術自動代的抓取資料除了能大幅減少文字輸入的重複工作外，更重要的是能減少人手輸入時的人為錯誤，完成登記工人資料後提供主辦單位的審批功能確保登記工人合乎資格；第二步為參與課程，系統提供多種課程，有全自助式的在自己手機運作、有課堂式的需要到達課室參加課堂等，主辦單位的負責同事作為課堂官方，需要在課室中以主辦單位中的手機應用進行點名，而工人在課室中以自己手機應用中的QR Code給導師手機掃瞄進行報到，課程內容展示後在自己手機進行測驗
