# MP3 Converter vs 格式转换器

The clearest difference is ratings volume: MP3 Converter at 171 against 格式转换器's 3. MP3 Converter also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 12.0). 格式转换器's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MP3 Converter sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and 格式转换器 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

格式转换器 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MP3 Converter has 171 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MP3 Converter ships an update fortnightly, 格式转换器 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
