# Viewpoint Field Management™ vs FormLink

The clearest difference is rating: FormLink at 4.0 against Viewpoint Field Management™'s 2.7. FormLink also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). Viewpoint Field Management™'s advantage is review sentiment (23% vs 0%) and ratings volume (29 vs 4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FormLink holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Viewpoint Field Management™ has 29 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of Viewpoint Field Management™'s written reviews are positive against 0% of FormLink's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Viewpoint Field Management™ ships an update every 5 weeks, FormLink monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
