# Agenda Timer vs Multi Timer

The clearest difference is rating: Multi Timer at 4.1 against Agenda Timer's 3.5. Multi Timer also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 months) and monetization model (free vs freemium). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Agenda Timer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per year and Multi Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Multi Timer holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Multi Timer has 59 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 40% of Agenda Timer's written reviews are positive against 45% of Multi Timer's.

Agenda Timer ships an update every 6 months, Multi Timer fortnightly. Both last shipped on September 29, 2026.
