# PIXEM Camera vs Pivo Track

The clearest difference is rating: Pivo Track at 4.8 against PIXEM Camera's 3.4. Pivo Track also leads on ratings volume (2.5K vs 28) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). PIXEM Camera's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.2). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PIXEM Camera sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month and Pivo Track sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $24.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pivo Track holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pivo Track has 2.5K ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of PIXEM Camera's written reviews are positive against 37% of Pivo Track's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PIXEM Camera ships an update every 5 weeks, Pivo Track fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
