# Documents vs All The Media

The clearest difference is review sentiment: All The Media at 100% against Documents's 45%. All The Media also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.5). Documents's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (1K vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Documents sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and All The Media sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

All The Media holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Documents has 1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 45% of Documents's written reviews are positive against 100% of All The Media's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
