# Unlockt vs Super Dots

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Unlockt at none against Super Dots's 10. Unlockt also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (89% vs 80%). Super Dots's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 40 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Super Dots sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Unlockt asks for nothing beyond the download.

Super Dots holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Super Dots has 110 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of Unlockt's written reviews are positive against 80% of Super Dots's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Unlockt ships an update every 40 months, Super Dots every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
