# SHSC vs XtraClubs

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SHSC at 100% against XtraClubs's 50%. SHSC also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). XtraClubs's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SHSC ships an update every 3 months, XtraClubs fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
