# Mahar Mobile vs BananaTv Player

Mahar Mobile and BananaTv Player both sit at 3.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of BananaTv Player's written reviews are positive against 13% of Mahar Mobile's. BananaTv Player also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). Mahar Mobile's advantage is price (Free vs $2.99) and ratings volume (563 vs 5). On rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Mahar Mobile is free to download; BananaTv Player costs $2.99 up front. Mahar Mobile sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. BananaTv Player asks for nothing beyond the download.

Mahar Mobile holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mahar Mobile has 563 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of Mahar Mobile's written reviews are positive against 100% of BananaTv Player's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
