# BilVU vs Nartest

The clearest difference is rating: Nartest at 5.0 against BilVU's 2.7. Nartest also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 7 months). BilVU's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Nartest holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BilVU has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

BilVU ships an update every 7 months, Nartest every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
