# Flex Metronome vs FirstBrain

The clearest difference is update cadence: FirstBrain at fortnightly against Flex Metronome's every 3 months. Flex Metronome's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
