# Elyments vs ChatMe

Elyments and ChatMe both sit at 4.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of ChatMe's written reviews are positive against 54% of Elyments's. ChatMe also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks). Elyments's advantage is ratings volume (332 vs 5). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ChatMe holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Elyments has 332 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
