# GetCourse vs My Live Life

The clearest difference is ratings volume: GetCourse at 14K against My Live Life's 4. My Live Life's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and review sentiment (38% vs 28%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GetCourse sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and My Live Life sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $20.95 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for GetCourse against 5.0 for My Live Life. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GetCourse has 14K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 28% of GetCourse's written reviews are positive against 38% of My Live Life's.

GetCourse ships an update every 6 weeks, My Live Life every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
