# EDiR Academy vs MRI MASTER

The clearest difference is rating: EDiR Academy at 5.0 against MRI MASTER's 4.5. EDiR Academy also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). MRI MASTER's advantage is ratings volume (50 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EDiR Academy sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and MRI MASTER sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EDiR Academy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MRI MASTER has 50 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

EDiR Academy ships an update every 4 months, MRI MASTER every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
