# Hours Tracker vs Audar

The clearest difference is update cadence: Audar at every 5 days against Hours Tracker's every 10 months. Audar also leads on iOS requirement (15.5 vs 18.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hours Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Audar sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hours Tracker ships an update every 10 months, Audar every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
