# FDL Mobile vs Heritage Services

The clearest difference is rating: Heritage Services at 5.0 against FDL Mobile's 4.1. Heritage Services also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). FDL Mobile's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Heritage Services holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FDL Mobile has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FDL Mobile ships an update every 4 months, Heritage Services every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
