# MySPAR vs PontMaster

The clearest difference is ratings volume: MySPAR at 200 against PontMaster's 1. PontMaster's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PontMaster holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MySPAR has 200 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MySPAR ships an update every 6 weeks, PontMaster every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
