# JJ2GO vs MPRS

The clearest difference is update cadence: MPRS at every 3 weeks against JJ2GO's every 5 months. MPRS also leads on iOS requirement (9.3 vs 12.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

JJ2GO ships an update every 5 months, MPRS every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
