# SheetPlanner vs MindNode

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SheetPlanner at 86% against MindNode's 48%. SheetPlanner also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). MindNode's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (316 vs 3). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SheetPlanner sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and MindNode sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SheetPlanner holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MindNode has 316 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 86% of SheetPlanner's written reviews are positive against 48% of MindNode's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
