# Мегамаркет vs Route

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Route at 80% against Мегамаркет's 23%. Route also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). Мегамаркет's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.7) and in-app purchases (none vs 3). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Route sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 7 days. Мегамаркет asks for nothing beyond the download.

Мегамаркет holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Мегамаркет has 5.4K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of Мегамаркет's written reviews are positive against 80% of Route's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Мегамаркет ships an update every 3 weeks, Route every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
