# Everfit vs Body Lab System

The clearest difference is update cadence: Everfit at every 2 days against Body Lab System's every 6 weeks. Everfit also leads on ratings volume (2.7K vs 10). Body Lab System's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Body Lab System holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Everfit has 2.7K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Everfit ships an update every 2 days, Body Lab System every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
