# Hentronix vs MCS Connect

The clearest difference is update cadence: MCS Connect at every 5 days against Hentronix's every 3 months. Hentronix's advantage is iOS requirement (10.2 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hentronix ships an update every 3 months, MCS Connect every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
