# INFLO vs Shift

The clearest difference is rating: Shift at 5.0 against INFLO's 4.3. Shift also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 15.0). INFLO's advantage is ratings volume (40 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. INFLO sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Shift asks for nothing beyond the download.

Shift holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: INFLO has 40 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

INFLO ships an update every 2 months, Shift every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
