# Wage Calculator vs DIC

The clearest difference is ads: DIC at none against Wage Calculator's shown. DIC also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Wage Calculator's advantage is ratings volume (106 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DIC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wage Calculator has 106 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
