# IronCrypto vs Password Generator

The clearest difference is rating: IronCrypto at 4.7 against Password Generator's 4.0. IronCrypto also leads on ratings volume (207 vs 1). Password Generator's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (100% vs 73%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IronCrypto sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Password Generator asks for nothing beyond the download.

IronCrypto holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IronCrypto has 207 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of IronCrypto's written reviews are positive against 100% of Password Generator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
